Booking and Payment

Deposit and Payment Schedule

• Deposit: To book a spot in one of our surfskate camps, you must pay a deposit. This deposit secures your spot and is part of the total camp price.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the trip. If the balance is not paid by this date, your booking may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 Days Before the Trip: You may cancel your booking and receive a refund of your deposit, minus a service fee of 150 euros. Alternatively, you can use the deposit for a future trip.

• Less Than 30 Days Before the Trip: Cancellations made within this period are non-refundable.

Changes to Booking

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Participant Responsibilities

By participating in our events and camps, you agree to:

• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.

• Conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful to other participants and the environment.

• Ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any potential risks associated with surfskating.

Liability

Alegria Surfskate is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your participation in our events and camps. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
